The AGM is two weeks away and as part of our Constitution (6.e) please find below the Agenda and business to be discussed at the meeting.

The proposals require a vote and your attendance is greatly appreciated in ensuring Croftburn Allotment continues to benefit all its members.

Please find a survey for members to complete to help inform the AGM meeting business.

Note, the survey DOES NOT constitute a vote, as this can only be done with a quorate of 9 Members at an AGM, and is for informational purposes only.

We are seeking members to join the Committee and would be greatly appreciative of any volunteers to the roles available – Namely Secretary, Treasurer, Maintenance Officer or Other Members. Our committee runs with the help of its members.
