1. Approval of Past Minutes:

2. Matters arising

 3. AGM (Part 2)

Agreed 01.07.2023 date. 10.00-10.30 – 12.00. A Member’s Meeting would be held following the meeting at 12.30-13.00. Hall to be booked. (MR)

4. Plot Updates

Plot XX greenhouse approved. No response from council regarding microplot request. Still 6 outstanding missives which are being followed up by DC and KL. Council Draft Rules and Regulations still not presented yet. 4 Plots to return Key Deposit (DC). DC still to collect £10 from MA. Waiting list currently 40 with 6 vacant plots available. KL to message Plot XX former tenant regarding vegetables and to remove what they want before it becomes vacant. Plot X soon to be vacant. 4 enquiries for waiting list. Plot XX twig fence approved but must not include live willow. A picture of intent would be appreciated. KL to contact.

5. Maintenance Update

Waterpipe fittings to bought and repaired (MR). Hub tap to be repaired (MR). Communal Day work to include cabin painting led by JP, flower beds to be weeded at front, remove waste from site, strim polytunnel area, learning session for those wanting to use strimmer, KL to lead on making seed bombs for wildflower area. Front gate lock broken and needs repaired or replaced. Woodchip required, Plot XX offered contacts for KL to contact.

6. Finance Update

MA received receipt for fuel.

7. Polytunnel

Polytunnel requires further wood to complete the fitting of the plastic outer

8. Growshare and Bio Diversity Update

No further update following contact from KL.

9. Ongoing Matters

No further progress.

10. AOCB

Suggestion to have learning days for machinery with sign off booklet. This could be filmed for future reference. Possible, Ask a friend option, who will strim on your behalf on a volunteer basis. Lavender update to follow JP
