Green Fingers Halloween Friends and Family Day

Dear Members,

I hope this email finds you well as we begin to head into the cooler evenings and festivities.

The Committee has been working on an Open Day since the restrictions eased for Covid-19 and we elected to make that day the 30 November 2021 @ 12:30 – 14:30.

We need to ensure control over the event and Members are requested to register for us to track those visiting us on the day as well as the number of friends and family they may be bringing.

An open day should have a main event, and this year it is the Best Halloween Hat of the day. At 14:00 we will announce the winner from all those taking part. (Please take part… Maurice will be the winner otherwise with the only hat on the day!)

We will be providing a small BBQ, with some light refreshments and of course a few activities while we mingle and chat or show off photos of what we grew during the summer months.

It would be super if we had some members volunteer for the event too. Whether you think you could do lego artistry or a pumpkin carving tutorial, we would welcome any fun activities you may be able to offer. Chat to  any of the Committee Members to let them know.
